Depends on your Budget, 27" 4k and two 21" 1080p in portrait mode on the sides is pretty awsome in my opinion.

32in 1080p seems pretty low res for 32in for me. Id probably go with a 27in 2160p or similar, but really depends on your workflow.

Do you think four 32" monitor setup is good idea ?, one portrait mode in left and right (1080p), and two landscape in center (4K)

Really depends on your workflow. Id probably go 1440p for the portrait monitors as the pixels are nice.

1080p is too low rest. Software development need bigger working space for reading more line.

Suggest go for 1440p or 4k resolution 27" or 32" 16:9 aspect ratio monitor.

If budget permit,  1440p Ultrawide 21:9 aspect ratio is another great option.
