System static freezes after Event Id 98.

As of yesterday my PC started freezing a lot with static noise while playing games, both CPU and GPU demanding. It was happening before but maybe only once or twice and only when playing ARK: Survival Evolved, but yesterday it started happening in every game after 5 minutes of playing. In the Event Viewer I noticed that the crashes happen after the disk check-up (Event Id 98). I've updated all of my drivers, checked for temps and cleaned everything.
