Bios got reset twice, cmos clear warning

Gigabyte aorus motherboard. not 2 years yet.

 

Twice in 4 days i saw my ram timings dropped to 2133, when i went to check the bios i got the message. Bios got reset , cmos clear warning. twice. had to reset everything

 

what is the problem?

At less than 2 years I would hope it was not the CMOS battery being flat but worth a try replacing it and seeing it the settings are getting reset as a result of that.
