GPU Temps

r1cky-

Yeah a bit, a 2060 shouldn't hit 80C... I had a 2060S it was on full load 70-75C max

you may have

  • old thermal paste, a 2060 could be 3 years old, time to repaste
  • dust on the GPU, disassemble and clean it
  • fans running too low (use afterburner to set a curve) - supposing they do work at all
  • or just a general heat problem on your case (GPU choking against somehing, badly vented case..)

Your GPU hot spot temp is high,it shouldn't be 20 degree celsius higher than the GPU.

Like @PDifolco said, you should try to replace thermal paste first,if it's still high then maybe the fan of the GPU was stuck or running too low, increase its fan speed could solve the problem but it could be noisier.
