Building a PC, I need help of any more performance to squeeze out

That's a extremely small image. Please have mercy for mobile viewers.

That mostly only would matter if you're going to be oc which you don't have a k series cpu so it's  fine. It's to draw extra power to the mobo so supply extra voltage to ram gpu ect. So unless you are planning to oc ram and gpu it'd be fine to not have the extra 4pin connector in.

well i do plan to use this for the next 10years

Then mine won't suit you as that's purely to get you up and running. Then I do recommend what the others have been saying and getting a cheaper CPU and GPU and using that money to invest into other parts that not only are gonna work better with more high end parts but will be more compatible with other possible builds + maintain better used market value. PCPartPicker is down right now so I can't really put a new build. Might edit this later.

Your PSU doesn't have enough connectors to fill up all the possible connection ports. The basic 8 pin it comes with should be enough to run all the CPU's you want unless it's some flagship that you are overclocking to get on the 0.001% world leaderboard with CPU benchmarks.

You can ignore that warning. It will run perfectly fine with just the 8 pin.

I've completely lost the plot and will go insane but this is the best build I can come up with if I was to build a PC that I'd want to use for the next 10 years + have our upgrade path to handle top CPU's and hopefully 13th gen:

CPU: i3 12100F just to get you up and running. Shouldn't be outdated within the next 2 years.

Cooler: AK620 one of the best tower coolers with good pricing. Will keep your hot stuff like i7's and i9's cool.

Motherboard: AORUS ELITE AX seems to have a tad bit better actually relevant modern features than the MSI PRO Z690 that I think will be more usefull than a PS2 port and some 2.0 USB ports, as well as Buildzoid commenting how with high end CPU's you might have to consider VRM temperatures but with the AORUS you can completely ingore such worries. Should be ideal for later down the line i7's, even i9's.

RAM: Kingston Predator 2x8GB Hard to say how important DDR5 will be in the future so for the mean time I've been looking that this is some of the top DDR4 you can get that still seems to be available to buy in stores. But if DDR5 becomes a must, a modern Z690 wouldn't be able to keep up with real-world DDR5 requirements anyways.

Storage: WD Blue just to get you up and running. Can't go wrong with WD. Not much storage for boot but should be enough if you want a game or two even while you find a bigger long term storage drive for games and software.

GPU: XFX 6500XT just to get you up and running. FSR2 will prolounge the long-term relativity of the card. Will pull you 144fps in esports games.

Case: 4000D airflow. Seems like it's just big enough to accomidate long or even wide cards if you plan to upgrade in the future. User friendly to build in as well so you shouldn't go insane when building in it.

PSU: TX850M PSU tier lists says it's A tier. 850W should be enough for even power hungry cards like 3090TI/6900XT.

Monitor: G271 Not a clue. Just seems to meet the minimum specs I'd look for in a monitor.
