I need help on a problem with my ps5

My ps5 hasn't been charging my controllers properly for a while now infact only 1 usb port on the whole system works the usbc doesn't work either. I live in west Kelowna and I just got to know if there is a easier way to get this fixed than sending it to Sony I don't want to oay the fees and i wanna use my system within a certain time after sending it out. Thanks for the help in advance.

Define "easy".

What's easier for you? Sending it in or perform component level troubleshooting?

I don't use my PS5 to charge the controller, I just use a 5v 1a USB wall charger. That would be something to try
