Old graphic card symptoms ??

Hello, I have an ATI FireGl v5600 and sometimes when I play, there are some scratches (pairs of three to four 4mm horizontal scratches).
And they only disappear when I restart windows, should I worry "a lot" since it's a 15-year-old graphics card ??

 

And one more thing, it is possible to do CrossFire with a FireGl v5600 (Architecture: TeraScale) and an HD 5670 (Architecture: TeraScale2), they are of the same architecture, but from different generations.
