Something on motherboard overheating

I have a gigabyte b560 motherboard. The cheap 80 dollar ish one. an i5 11400f cpu and a rtx 3060 on windows 11
I have used HWinfo to check these Temps

So when my pc is under a heavy cpu load it will blue screen after about 15 minutes. So I assumed an over heating problem. In HWinfo while doing a cinebench test all of my cpu Temps stay around 70ish degrees. 
It also shows my mother board thermal sensors but doesn't label them. There are 6 simply labeld "temperature " under heavy load they all sit around 65-70 degrees except for one. "Temperature 3" jumps right up to 75 and quickly keeps climbing until about 95 then the pc will blue screen. 
I have no idea what those 6 temp sensors go to all HWinfo says is they are on the motherboard
I tried adding more case fans to help air flow in various different configurations and nothing has helped

If anyone has any info on those sensors I would gladly appreciate it.

Most likely VRM.

Without actually seeing which sensors is giving out those values, I can give 3 things that migbt be overheating
