How I can download any ps4 games, on pc, and play it?

I really wanted to play Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, but I don't have ps4, I also searched the internet for download, but, those sites doesn't look safe.

Steam or you can google any specific game you'd like to play on PC and see what launcher is needed to download it

You don't. There's PSNow/PS Plus but that's as close as you'll get, and CTR isnt listed on there as of right now.

You can always play the Switch version with Yuzu on PC, as there's no way outside PSNow to play the PS4 version at the moment, but I can't tell you where to get the games

Currently all PS4 emulation is at baby stage, they barely run. Any effort to emulate it will cost definitely more than just buying a console, so why bother?
