Youtubes shadowban system went to overdrive

Not really sure which part of the forum it fits so i try here.

Starting a few weeks ago i started noticing that videos from channels i were subscribed too did not showup in my subscription list. I may be subbed to some "controversial channels" but the channels in question was nothing but industrial (Cutting Edge Engineering Australia)

Today i woke up to notice that Linus Tech Tips have been shadow banned aswell.
I see tons of "controversial" channels whining about this for years and never really believed youtube would shadow ban them from their subscribers but apparently i was wrong and now it affects even larger channels for no reason which will affect their companies as a whole.

Note that LTT have been shadowbanned after Cutting edge thats why the LTT video is showing up that time.

I just checked on two separate YouTube accounts (my main account as well as an old account), and the video doesn't show up in the notifications for either of them. It's also missing from the subscriptions page despite both accounts being subscribed to the channel. The current view count also seems pretty low for a main channel video. The video was uploaded well over two hours ago, but it only has 116K views right now. That definitely seems a bit strange to me.

I don't think they're "shadow banned". I think they probably just got throttled after hitting the upload cap.

I assume all of their channels are sub channels under the main LTT account. You can only post so many videos from your account before your videos stop getting pushed to subscription feeds. Glancing over their main channels, they've had like 5 uploads in the last 24 hours, who knows how many shorts...
