PC won't boot no matter what I do

My specs are below:

-RTX 3080 Ventus 3X  plus 10G OC LHR

-AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 Core

-Corsair RM8501 W ATX 80 Plus Gold 

-Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 A-RGB

-Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe M.2 2280 Internal SSD 

-Asus Prime x570-P AMD Socket AM4 ATX M.2

-G.SKILL Ripjaws V series 32 GB (2 x 16GB)

-Corsair 4000D Airflow  ATX Mid Tower

 

The PC is getting power and the motherboard lights up. I've reseated everything about three or four times but nothing still works. All the fans spin and the RGB of the CPU cooler turns on but my keyboard doesn't turn on and neither does my monitor. I've tried different monitors and keyboards but nothing is still working. I've tried plugging in my thumb drive with windows on it and booting it like that too and still nothing happens. I'm completely at a loss for what could be wrong or how to fix it. I've considered going to places like Computer Renaissance but just diagnosing it is $75. I thought I'd ask around on here before I go spend more money on it. Any ideas?
