Dolby Atmos with Firestick 4k Max

Doerp44

So I recently purchased a new soundbar for my main TV setup. It supports Dolby Atmos and so does my Firestick 4k max. Both my TV and soundbar have eARC ports. So if I connect my TV to my soundbar using eARC and HDMI 2.1, do I plug my firestick into my TV or the soundbar to get the best performance? Thanks in advance. I'm new to some of this home audio stuff.

If they have e-arc, plug it into the TV and it’ll pass the audio back to the sound bar and will simply just display the video.
