Which speaker system is best?

I've spent a couple of hours trying to find the best soundbar surround sound speaker system and I have come down to 3. They are all within my $300 budget and I was wondering which one you guys thought was the best. if you don't mind telling me in what order they are best and why the best one is the best that would be nice. Also consider the condition of the product whether used or new when deciding. Thanks!

Also if you don't mind telling me whether the two rear speakers on this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CGVTVMN/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1 system have wireless capabilities that would also be much appreciated!

The Vizio reviewed the highest. The second Samsung didn't get reviewed so it's either a different model number than is commonly used, or not really worth getting.

Wireless rear speakers are a frequently misunderstood concept.  They still require a power feed--even if the output signal is wireless.  There are very few "true wireless" options on the market--where the wireless speakers have a self-contained battery for power.  The 3rd link you listed--for example--you can clearly see the AC input for the Sub, even though it is listed as "wireless".

The gist of this is that you'll pretty much NEED a wire to each of your speakers--regardless.  My personal view is that "wireless" is a fool's errand--for this reason.

I would still recommend you stick to a 2.1 wired system.  You won't be hugely inconvenienced with wires on 2 front speakers--placed L and R to your TV; and the Sub can easily sit on or next to your entertainment stand unobtrusively--also mitigating the need for a wireless signal.
