It's really annoying how poorly the previous owners treated you. Are you going to hound them down for the money to fix the railing? And to bolt down the shelves? And for paper towel dispensers (they wanna be petty, then I'll be petty right back lol)?

If I sold a building, I would be treating it like it wasn't mine anymore, because it isn't. It is clear that they have 0 respect for anyone other than themselves. And even when they owned it they failed to do basic maintenance. This looks like you are going to have to sink quite a bit of money into just to get it to the level required to allow you to make LTT labs.

Combatting spam?

Perhaps look into lifts to increase parking spots in the limited space.  Or maybe use part of the warehouse for Jake to park.

It looks to be a Youtube wide ISSUE. off comments not loading. some videos have comments some haven't. Doesn't matter if they are old or new.

 

This is just speculation BUT: It might have to do with certain events going on right now, that put heavy strain on Youtube Comment servers.

Given they are in BC it would be WorkSafeBC violations. As they aren't federally regulated and occupational health and safety in BC is done not by OSHA but by WorkSafeBC.

The Maracanã office is actually the biggest one and this is reference to the stadium Maracanã, not Macarena, in Rio de janeiro, we use Maracanã to refer to big things, for example we have: small, medium, big and Maracanã pizzas.

Yes, I get that, but OSHA rolls off the tongue so much better than WorkSafeBC.
