Unlock ipad 6th gen? Icloud and password

So i bought a broken ipad for a few bucks awhile ago, i recently have dug it out if a bin and wanted to know if it would be worth fixing. Its a ipad 6th gen cellular

 

The cost of fixing isnt a issue for me. Just wondering if if be able to get around a password or icloud lock it might have on it?
