cougar gex 850 vs BITFENIX WHISPER M 750W

I have 500 power supply for my system i5 10400 and 1660ti and want to upgrade my power to upgrade my system (in the future) for AMD 7000 CPU a GPU like 3070 or something in this range, the cougar gex 850, bitfenix whisper m750 are the same price, I can't find a lot of reviews for the cougar it is good or go for  BITFENIX whisper with less power and hope it will be enough
