Good Budget Monitor

Hi all, I live in the U.S. and am in the process of building a new work/gaming PC. I am wanting some input as to what is a good quality, budget monitor, i.e. above 75hz display, but under $200? Also, I want at least a 24" display.

Look at used stuff, odds are you'll be able to get a 1440P 144Hz IPS panel for about that price range if you try hard enough.

Yeah, with my declining vision 27" 1440p is perhaps even not as good as a good 1080p high refresh monitor like 24G2(U)

Or the 165Hz 24G2SPU
