All games stuck on 60fps even tho I have a 144hz screen

SacreddPotato

I have a gaming laptop with a 144hz screen, Vsync is turned of globally in NVCP and The screen is set to 144hz in the settings, all drivers are up to date and BIOS is up to date, this issue just appeared out of nowhere yesterday.
