Windows 10 Installation Loop

Windows Install Loop

I don’t have much information, but my newly built pc seems to be in a infinite Windows install loop. I think i’ve enable my HDD through Bios on Sata hot plug. Whenever the install finishes I take it out but the screen turns blue. HDD doesn’t appear in Boot Option. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I am also using a USB with Ms media creator to install Windows.
Specs:

Msi Pro Z690-a motherboard
Intel i5-12600k
2x8gb G.skill ram 3200
Msi GeForce GTx 1060
RM750X Psu
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
WD Green 128 GB

Are you sure you're installing Windows onto the HDD? I would unplug the HDD since you don't want any of your Windows files in inadvertently get written there, then run the installation with just the SSD and install Windows there. Once you're on the desktop, you can then go into Disk Management to partition and format the drive to be used as secondary storage.

Also, is this a WD Green M.2 or 2.6" SSD? If it's M.2, refer to your motherboard manual and make sure the slot you're using isn't conflicting with the SATA port of your HDD. In many cases the M.2 SATA slot takes the spot of one of your full sized SATA ports.

I will try that but when unplugging my HDD no other drives appear on the download. Also on BIOS priority both my SSD or HDD don’t appear.

This is a WD Green M.2 SSD

Which M.2 Slot did you use? It seems the Pro Z690-A only supports SATA SSDs on slots 3 and 4.

I changed my SSD to slot 3, and have disconnected my HDD from both my PSU and my Motherboard.

Does the BIOS and Windows installer detect your SSD now?
