My GPU model is rare?

ManderleyBoy

I got the 3060Ti Gaming X by MSI. But the one I have is dual fan and online, absolutely everywhere is the 3 fan model.

I can’t find anything online about the dual fan card that I own. When I google 3060ti gaming X, only the 3 fan one comes up and everyone is reviewing it.

I am a little confused why this is. Is it a newer card and so it’s still not in many people‘s hands or what?

Literally google msi 3060it gaming x and the first thing that came up was a 2 fan card. It appears there is the 2 fan version which is labelled LHR and a 3 fan one labelled FHR. Not sure what that means though.

Pictures of your particular card would help. Many people get scammed into buying something that isn't what they're told it is, and apparently there is more than one MSI card with two fans.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

It's not rare. The Gaming X is the dual fan card (link) and the Gaming X Trio is the triple fan card (link). There are other versions of the Trio as well, but the regular Gaming X is the only dual fan model.

This is the one

I certainly wasn’t scammed as it’s a reputable store. I just can’t find much for my specific card online. Seems to be less known.

Maybe less widely distributed, but definitely has an entry on TechPowerUp.

It's entirely possible that I misinterpreted/misread your topic and/or question. This happens more often than I care to admit. Apologies in advance.

My guess is, this is simply a revision that goes from three smaller fans to a pair of larger ones. Say, replacing three 100mms with a pair of 140s or something. Probably no difference at all beneath the cooling shroud.
