Login Reset

I tried factory resetting my router so I can log in with the usual login name-admin, and password-admin, but it says that it’s wrong. Is it possible that the network provider automatically changes the login? I’m just trying to change the password of the WI-FI. And yes, on the back of the router it says admin for login and password
