Why only 50% CPU utilization?

I noticed that while playing Overwatch, which is pretty CPU heavy, my CPU utilization is at 50% only. Does Overwatch use only 6 threads or? I’m a little confused.

80%~100% CPU usage usually indicates a CPU bottleneck so no you don't want that to happen.

Oh. I didn’t know that. Thanks. I mix up clock speeds with utilization.

while @Visheraisnt wrong you should simply check each core / thread utilization instead of speculating.
