Need help finding repair shop in Toronto

I have a Phillips BDM4350UC/27

I was a replacement for an order model that died under warranty..so I have no coverage from phillps. 

 

The issue is the display seems fine but the processor in the back is borked ? Only displays the last desktop in a 4:3 ratio for an instant before going to black. 

My google Fu has fail every tech trick LCD trick tv trick reset trick has failed me. Phillips won't even let me know where to find out of service warranty in Toronto atm.and my googleing and calls have failed. At this point I'm open to any and all idea before so pitch this I already have the replacement monitor installed.
