Deciding on a GPU with prices simmering down

So here in Canada 6700xt's are pretty much msrp or at least as close as it's probably gonna get. Have a couple of models I'm considering:

 

MSI MECH 2X

I was also considering a 3 fan card for an overall quieter rig.  At that price point though, I might as well get the 6750 XT. I was thinking the Gigabyte Aorus:

Couple of questions:

I current have an MSI RX 5600xt Gaming MX and I find it generally loud and hot for a low wattage GPU. Is the MSI MECH 2X and Asus Dual better coolers compared to gaming mx?

 

Anyone using the dual fan 6700XT find them loud and hot?

 

Do you think it's worth the price difference of about 110 CAD to get a triple fan 6750 xt over dual fan 6700 xt?

A friend of mine owns the asus one, he says both temperature and noise is fine. Not outstandingly good, but not bad either.

Not really, the performance increase of the 6750 over the 6700 is not really huge (but way higher energy consumption) and the 6700 is not a particually hot card, so there also no real need for a huge cooler with 3 fans.

I personally would only choose a triple fan 6700 xt if:

 

Price difference is not higher than ~ 30 dollar  OR

Using a case with bad airflow (therefore a 3rd fan would help at least a little bit) OR

the dual fan manufactorer is known for its particularly bad customer service in my country, while the triple fan one is noticeable better.
