What of these 2 is the better deal?

Hello! I was debating on which monitor to get.

The first one I'm looking at is a LG monitor with 1440p 144hz 27" ips  monitor

https://www.amazon.com/LG-27GL850-B-Ultragear-Compatible-Monitor/dp/B07TD94TQF

The second one is a msi monitor thst has the same specs as the LG,  flat(despite the pictures apparently) and 165hz

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Optix-G273QF-Anti-Glare-Adjustment/dp/B08S999YC8

They both seem to have the same specs but the msi has more hz and 30 dollars less? It it a software/reliability problem? If not is the msi known for worse panels or do they come from the same manufacturer like Samsung?is there a difference in Vesa mounting or io?I'm in the final process of looking for peripherals so any info on the price difference or reliability would be much appreciated. Thank you!
