Pc won’t boot to any device

Tried adding a new SSD (not replacing) and when I booted up I get the error: An operating system wasn’t found…. I usually boot off an m.2, I tried booting off a windows instillation disk, same problem, I tried booting off a usb with windows, same thing. I can access bios. Tried updating bios, but it won’t detect my usb. Idk where to turn, seems like something with the mobo?

Did you ever figure it out? I'm having a similar problem

My “solution” is to build a new pc. I’m just not getting anywhere with the mobo. Waiting for AM5 to be available. Already bought everything else. Reusing a lot too.
