Laptop suggestion thin and light VS budget gaming laptop

I am going to purchase a new laptop and I am torn between whether to buy a decently powerful thin and light or an entry level gaming laptop? The ones I am considering are hp pavilion aero 13 ryzen 5 version and msi gf63 thin gtx 1650 / Lenovo ideapad 3 / ideapad 3i also with gtx 1650.

You can get a used laptop with a 1070 for roughly that much, just make sure it isn't the Max-Q variant. You could also go for a laptop with an MX 450, or one of the newer laptops with AMD 6000 series, especially with the 680M.

The country where I live does not have such a versatile market, finding the hp pavilion aero 13, was very difficult too. Prices are also very much inflated. About 100-500 dollars more that the US market.
