It may have corrupted the BIOS and this is some sort of recovery.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX

Either your keyboard is sending the key to enter Instant Flash  (there's some shortcut right at start, like F8 or F10 or something like)  or the BIOS got corrupted and a fresh bios needs to be written and the motherboard launches the programmer.

Make sure there's nothing pressing on the keyboard keys when you start the computer.

You can download the latest bios unpack it on a usb stick (format it fat32) , and plug in the usb stick and go from there, if you still have the problem. Instant Flash will detect the bios file on the usb stick and should at least ask you if you want to program it.
