Noise on startup, maybe the fan?

So yesterday I needed to take of my back panel on my pc to clean the filters (NZXT H510i case) and when I put the panel back on, I notice that on startup, and also randomly the pc would make the noise in the attached file (around the 3 second mark). 

 

I believe it is coming from the fans, but I am not sure.

 

I looked for any obvious wires in the way of the fans and I couldn't see any. My guess is that when I cleaned the filters some dust either got on the fans or I knocked some off causing an imbalance and thus the noise? I would like a second opinion. 

 

There is a canned air shortage near me, and I can get any yet. I am going to clean everything as soon as I can.
