Wierd BSOD after gaming

Hi,

the PC of a friend keeps crashing after closing ARK: Survival revoled. Does anyone have an idea, what could be the reason for that? Here are the specs:

CPU: R5 5600x
GPU: 8GB Gainward GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ghost LHR
Board: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite
RAM: Gskill Aegis 3000 cl16 2x8G (with XMP disabled currently)
PSU: 650 Watt Corsair CX Series CX650 Non-Modular.

We already reinstalled windows, so this shouldnt be the problem.

Check RAM with Memtest86.

 

Update motherboard BIOS.

 

Check health of storage devices with Crystaldiskinfo.

Ok thanks, I will try that.
I have already updated the BIOS, which didnt help
