[HELP] Internet works fine except on Web but fails on Microsoft Services and Every Other Apps on my PC?

Hello!

so I've recently run into a strange issue that I've found no fix for.

my PCs network connection works find for the web but every app on my pc tells me I have no internet (apps include: every Microsoft App, Windows Update, Netflix, and more)

 

Example of errors:

Netflix: (T1-H1-W80072EFE)

Windows Update: We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

Windows Store & Every Microsoft App: You'll need the Internet for this. It doesn't look like you're connected to the Internet. Check your connection and try again. 0x800704cf

Epic Games Store: Connection Error. could not connect to epic games network

 

 

I've spent over a few hours trying different solutions I've found online but i cant seem to solve it 

Does anyone have any tips to solving this issue?

Unplug and replug cable

Unplug and replug router

Clear CMOS

Reinstall network drivers

Check firewall settings
