New build, RAM speed to allow overclocking in G1

Hello, I am prepping for an i5 12600k or i7 12700k build. Performance by OC'ing RAM alone seems weak, so 3200 C16 looks like a good spec, with extra cash going to the GPU instead of faster memory. BUT, if I OC the CPU a bit, what RAM spec do I want to keep pace in G1?

Is it as simple as 3600/3200 = 1.125 factor increase, which would allow 1.125 x 3.6ghz = 4.05 base clock OC? And what about staying at C16 in this scenario?

Thanks for the help!
