I made my main account on windows 11 a device owner now I'm stuck

So I wanted to see what was device owner so I did and I applied and signed out when I try logging in if didn't Work I restart my pc still did not work I looked at yt no one talked about it now can someone help me

I tried everything like active the administrator account and etc did not work
