Kraken Z63 not working

I just built my PC and was installing windows when it turned off. After about 30 seconds I turned it on again and it started up and told me my CPU temps were high and turned off again. My Ryzen 9 5900x didn't come with a stick cooler so I don't really have an extra cooling solution. I'm adding an image of what appears on the LCD. Please help me.

Check all of your connections to see if everything is properly plugged in to the right headers. I have the Z53 and it is a massive pain in the ass managing all of the cables you have to plug into the pump block.

 

If everything is properly connected, then look at the mounting to see if you're making proper contact with the IHS on the CPU.

 

Failing all else, there is a possibility of some sort of failure. Grab the tubes while the system and on and see if you feel any liquid flowing. If you don't feel anything, you might be looking at a dead pump.

It's entirely possible that I misinterpreted/misread your topic and/or question. This happens more often than I care to admit. Apologies in advance.

My understanding is one of the possible symptoms of a pump not spinning is a significant difference in heat levels between the two tubes, which strikes me as counter intuitive   But it’s what I was told. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
