No emui 12 update for my Huawei P30 Pro

Aperturr

Okay, I need some help with my phone because its not showing the emui 12 update. My brother bought the same phone on the exact same day as mine and he got the update, on mine its just showing that my OS is the newest. Is there any way I can get the update?

… updates are rolled out by the carrier, SIM cards are almost essential for phones working. Why was the SIM card out?
