Trouble setting up true Nas scale

I am setting up true Nas scale and it is saying instillation on SDC has failed. O have got the system working before but I installed it onto the wrong drive the drive I am using as a normal SSD using a usb A to SATA adapter as the 2 SATA ports are being used for the HDDs
