AMD Driver crashing

i have a laptop Lenovo ideapad 81DC with a Radeon 550

and my pc crashed while playing some game so booted in safe mode and saw that it was caused by my amd driver, and so i uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, while installing the driver the screen would freeze around 60% and then it would just be stuck like that.

With no other choice i force shutdown the laptop and when i on the laptop i ll get a notification that no amd drivers are installed and something ending with .dll can work (dont remeber wat it was)

can anyone help the pc works fine without installing the driver but whenever i try to install the driver it freezes and i have to force restart i

i already reset windows, set bios to default

Resetting windows is pointless, it rarely fixes anything, do a clean install of windows instead. If you havent tried already, try a previous WHQL driver, never use beta AMD graphics drivers as they are even worse than WHQL releases. If you get the error again, try taking a picture of it or remember what it said.
