will a  RM550X psu be able to sufficiently run a intel i7 10700f and an rtx 3060ti and if not what would be a better psu to get

It wont blow up and it will probably work fine but you might want a slight upgrade im not an expert though so i cant really recommend you a power supply

Do you already have it or not? If you do, just try it. If not, get 650w. This should help with buying a PSU.
