Best budget laptop, hungry for somthing arty prduction focus, a taste for oled. Any suggestions?

Looking for best budget laptops ain't easy. I simply want nice looking screen with near accurate colors that can allow me to make art and allow easy animation creations. Maybe also wanting my laptop to flexible, having features like a flip, to use it in any way, at most places. I am a newbie in digital art, just want best budget, for ideal use case scenarios. Around $1500 is the most i go, no $1999 laptops, unless you have a great argument for it that beasts a asking price.

 

Like i said, it's hard to look, either way, i did a bit of looking on amazon and found some potential laptops, just not sure what to go for, like i need some either encouragement or advice on why they are good picks and i should just get that one, for either better spec or features it has like touch screen, flip, better keyboard or trackpad, etc. At best budget/pricing for it.
