Freeze and hard crash on BIOS logo

ColdCoder

After installing GPU drivers, my PC will turn on, display and show the Auros logo with the spinning dots. but then freezes, and reboots itself. It boots fine after DDU cleaning in safe mode, but with manual or windows automatically installing GPU drivers, it does this.

Custom PC Specs:

  • Windows 11 Home x64 (Fresh)
  • Ryzen 5 3600 (stock cooler and speeds)
  • 5500 xt gaming OC 8G (stock)
  • x570 Auros ELITE (BIOS Version: 37c, latest)
  • 4x8GB Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z (3000 MHz default)
  • EVGA 600W GD
  • Intel 970 EVO

I have had most components for the last two years, except 2 months ago I received the motherboard and SSD

Things I have tried:

Spoiler
  • Reinstall windows
  • Try different Motherboard BIOS
  • Update GPU BIOS
  • Update all drivers
  • Clear CMOS
  • Use old GPU drivers (Used DDU)
  • Try to swap in known-good RAM, boot drive, GPU
  • RMA CPU (was told it was bad and given new one)
  • RMA GPU (was told it had no issues)
  • Windows Memory test and mem x86, no errors
  • Use 1 ram stick
  • 3 different Linux distros
  • Remove all non vital devices
  • Different cables, monitor, outlets
  • Reseat RAM, GPU, CPU
