Second M.2 Not Reading in windows but it is showing up in my bios

Hi I have a MSI B550 Tomahawk Mother Board  and just purchased a second 1TB 970 evo plus SSD. Ive tried going into disc management tool to format the second M.2 but its not found there. Only M.2 is see is my original boot drive.

That slot should work. There are no bios settings that will disable it, worst case it is running at half speed. And you can see it in bios.

 

How about the Disk drives category in Device Manager? Just to double-check

 Device Manager just shows my main C drive and nothing else. Disc Management tool only shows disc 0 which is my boot drive. But the bios reads 2 1tb SSD's. Maybe i need to update my bios? If i had any hair left id be pulling it out.
