...That's NOT the screw.

That looks like the M.2 stand-off.

Unless....you rounded the $hit out of the tiny Philip's screw.

 

It should be:

[Stand-off]

If that's a screw, you can take a drill (screw diameter or smaller) and redrill the hole, until you can remove all the screw's pieces.
