My PC won't boot after cpu upgrade

I have switched my cpu from a Ryzen 3 3100 to a Ryzen 5 5500 and it's stuck on American Megatrends title screen with no other info showing. The motherboard is a b450 aorus pro and i also updated the bios to the latest version, it also works when i switch back to the old cpu. The GPU is a Rx 570 if it helps and i have 12 gb ram DDR4. PSU is a gigabyte p450b.I tried resetting CMOS, disabling tpm/ secure boot, use only one stick of ram, removing peripherals. The Ryzen 5 5500 is brand new and has no bent pins.

What bios version?

Did you get the newest beta bios, or newest release?

Yes f62b if i am not mistaken, it's the latest version i just updated it.

try downgrading BIOS to f60 or whatever the non-beta is
