Sticking strictly to the stated budget, the RX 6600 XT, but you lose DLSS, but you'll have access to AMD's FSR 1.0/FSR 2.0/RSR.

 

But honesy, unless the RTX 2060 can't handle the games and res you play, you can still hang with your present card.

I have a rtx 2060 6g looking to upgrade.  Looking in the 350 to 400 price range.  I play more online mmo type.  Got  a ryzen5 3600 with 32g.  Looking for something that will be a noticeable upgrade.

A 2060 is already worth $300, you won't get much better with a 350-400 upgrade...Best you can have is a 6600XT, performance will be like +30% not massive and you'll lose Nvidia stuff (DLSS encoding)

2060 is pretty good as is. Do you notice your GPU pinned to 100% in these games?

After reading all your comments and checking setting and load on the gpu.  Im leaving it alone.  Most of my games are maxed out and not straining the gpu.  Thank you all for your help.
