Mobo bios acting weird

Recently i did a Bios update to prepare for SAM since i'll be getting a new radeon card, and it's working don't get me wrong but when i turn off my pc for a longer time like 1+ hours then it wants me to put the USB stick with bios on it into the usb port and reset. Then it'll work just fine for a long time if i don't turn it off again for a longer time.
