Intel NUC11PAHi3 don't have TPM ?

There is no mention of fTPM here 

 

Intel PTT is firmware TPM. If you hover over the question mark, it will tell you that 🙂

It does not have a dedicated TPM chip, however the fTPM on the CPU is sufficient for windows 11 requirements. The vPRO stuff is going to be something you want to have if you are going to be doing remote management of it, or other similar things.
