1000W Evga PSU not giving out power, clicking noise

Hello,
my PSU gives out no voltage to the cables and makes weird clicking/rattling noise when being plugged in.

Is there an expert who, after watching this video of mine, can tell me what's wrong and how to proceed?
The sound appears in all cases: without cables plugged in, with them plugged in, with mb cable and jumper, and all these combinations with the PSU powered (0/1) and eco ON/OFF.

Cable is tested, it has a stable 238V, and other PSUs (600,850,1KW) powered via same cable showed no problems.

The PSU is EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 GT 1000W 220-GT-1000-X2
The bridge is in the green (pwr on) and black (gnd) pins.

I dont recall the situation when it started.

Sound is nothing abnormal, all my current PSUs do that. Did you check voltage rails with a multimeter or just assuming that it doenst have any voltage output?
