Custom display scale?

I own a 2017 HP laptop running Windows 11 home, does anyone know if there is a way to set a custom scale smaller than 100%?

You cannot afaik. But you can just zoom out with the apps that support it.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
