Trident Memory Lighting Issue

Hello,

Recently I noticed that my Trident G.Skill memory no longer syncs up with the color set by any software I try to use. I mainly use Armory Crate to just keep everything blue, but for some reason out of nowhere the RAM just stays red. Sometimes it doesn't even show up as being connected to the system. Also I noticed it says there is an RGB strip connected to the motherboard that was not there when I first set everything up (I do have an LED strip but I use NZXT software to control it, it doesn't even react to Armory Crate). I've tried uninstalling the software, restarting the system, taking the RAM out and putting it back in, and even downloaded other software including the G.Skill software, and the RAM is not detected. 

If anyone could try to help me out I would apricate it, been trouble shooting for days.
