Audio/Windows Issues

Now this is a weird one, I have no clue if they're related, but they both happened after coming home to my PC being off when I had left it on.

First off has to do with my audio. I have a Scarlett 2i2 1st Gen with an XLR mic, and after turning my computer back on I have no input audio anywhere. Discord and FL Studio both show my 2i2 as an input device, but no audio is picked up by either program even though I can hear myself through the direct monitoring. I can also hear all PC audio through the interface's output. Switching my mic to the second channel does not fix the problem, and reinstalling the drivers also did nothing.

The second problem also appeared at the same time. Windows notification tab/action center will not open, even if I have unread notifications. I have tried all of the solutions here, and none of them changed anything. I also installed the latest Windows feature update and that didn't change anything.

I have no clue where else to go short of reinstalling Windows, but I want to go through all my options before dealing with that.

I did this already, it detected a couple corrupt files and fixed them but didn't fix my issues
